Melissa was very helpful throughout the entire process. This was our first time buying a house and she was great at walking us through the process and answering all my questions. She was very quick with responding and always got paperwork to us expeditiously! Every time we walked through a house, Melissa was very thorough and was definitely looking out for our interests. She was also very patient and reminded us of our options to back out even though that would have meant she would not have gotten paid as soon. I truly believe that we would not have had such a great homebuying experience if it had not been for Melissa! She didn't just sell us a house, she helped us find and buy our home.
Melissa really listened to us when describing the home we wanted. But, she brought some surprises with homes she thought we might like too! She thoroughly knows the area up to having people wave and shout hello to her on the street. She is well-liked and respected in the community. She was able to explain confusing legal paperwork through every step of the way. She reached out to our loan person to help us when there were delays with our request. She is friendly and very approachable but completely professional throughout the whole process. We highly recommend Melissa Miller and would use her again!

Melissa was great from the very first day we met her! She was quick to respond, scheduled the home tours we wanted, and found properties we hadn’t seen listed.
